Walder Wyss advises on exit of Y-Combinator startup Tremor Labs, Inc. to Vercel Inc.

Walder Wyss advised the founders Christopher Kindl and Severin Landolt on the sale of all shares in Tremor Labs, Inc. to Vercel Inc. Tremor Labs is a Y-Combinator startup providing an open-source product for building charts and dashboards.
