Ramona Wyss is a partner in the transactions team, specialising in regulated industries and the energy sector. She advises clients on acquisitions, investments and financing rounds, as well as development and joint venture projects and the associated commercial contracts. As a specialist in regulatory matters, she also regularly advises and litigates in the areas of energy, sanctions and export control, and public procurement law.

She was educated at the University of Zurich (MLaw) and King's College London (LL.M.). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2011, she successfully completed a trainee program with UBS AG and worked at the in-house legal department of a leading Swiss energy provider.

Ramona Wyss' professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
